Research interests

I am using the vinegar fly Drosophila, to study torso-like (tsl), the only known MACPF homologue in Drosophila during development. My major focuses are to understand tsl involvement in phagocytosis, migration and its role in immunity. I am also interested in finding novel binding partners of tsl using tissue culture and in the context of the whole animal.
